Per is a flower. He is working within the training field, with a focus on increasing the output of individuals, groups and companies. Per graduated with honors from ESCP-EAP in Paris (MBA) and Oregon State University in Oregon (M.sci. in Business). Behind him he has many years of experience within the ICT-field, but now focuses on training and organizational development. Per is currently partner of analogIQ.com, a company specializing in designing internal company training programs. Customers are found across the globe, and analogIQ services needs and wants in most industries.  Per Stilling is born in Denmark, but lives in Oslo, Norway. Per lives to train, and he has enjoyed doing this for more than 10 years, training several thousand employees, on 3 continents, 14 countries and counting. He is a certified course designer, and hence able to either build new courses from scratch, or adjust existing courses to fit new audiences.

Per Stilling is World Champion in Debating, from 2007. Communication is a driver in business and pleasure, and Per is interested in most aspects of communication. He enjoys networking and likes to help others make their name and person be known, in a positive manner. JCI has been a favorite hobby since 1998 and Per is a well known international trainer in this worldwide organization. In addition to JCI, Per enjoys physical challenges within biking, skiing and running.
