"Power of your mind" helps everyone to understand the meaning of our words and thoughts.
We were all born, we all live and die. A lot of us lead a busy life.
Some of us go through life without needing much medical support. Others ruin themselves with their work and lifestyle. Being young, they trade in their health for making a lot of money, which later they spent on medical care when they become sickly. How can we avoid this vicious circle?
The training “The Power Of Mind” focuses on the benefits of positive thinking. Participants will learn and experience that with attitude, thoughts, words and behaviour we can influence our thoughts, our emotions, our deeds and as a result our course of life.
Every participant gets one list of useful affirmations to increase self-confidence and tolerance of life

How can we keep our mind and body in balance during our entire life?

How to do that and still use time efficiently?
The training: “The Power Of Mind” is one out of a series of trainings titled: “Healthy lifestyle”.
The training series “Healthy lifestyle” covers 3 aspects of well-being:
1) mental/ psychological
2) physical
3) philosophical
The creators of the "Healthy lifestyle" training series are Katrin Aedma from Estonia and Ralph Eckhart of Swizerland.
The trainingprogram "The Power of Mind" is created by Katrin Aedma and given to the JCI library 2010.
